My membership showed me that consistency doesn’t have to mean overworking

Launching a low-cost membership felt scary at first, but now it's one of the most joyful parts of my business. I get to show up in a way that feels playful and creative, without overextending myself. It proved to me that recurring income is possible—even when you’re not constantly launching or doing high-ticket offers. And it is amazing to see how folks love and interact with my content, and they're honestly just mouth-watering waiting for the next things I post and share!

Leading online workshops was more profitable than a month my my old agency job

I started running non-clinical workshops before I felt “ready,” and honestly? It was one of the most affirming decisions I made. It reminded me that what I have to share is valuable outside of clinical spaces—and that people are hungry for healing experiences that are accessible, creative, and human. You’ll gently narrow your options and choose one clear, aligned direction—an offer that feels exciting, sustainable, and meaningful. We will use art therapy to explore the values you will root into as you build the offer.

Whether you're building a checkout page, uploading a PDF, or preparing a workshop registration—I'll help you simplify the process and create visuals that feel like you.

Support your nervous system through the bigness of showing up.

It’s one thing to launch—it’s another to feel safe staying visible, especially when you're doing something new and vulnerable. This module helps you understand the nervous system patterns that can show up during expansion and gives you creative and somatic tools to stay grounded.

Because sustainable business isn’t just about strategy—it’s about capacity.
