Anyone across Canada can participate in non-clinical offerings such as online therapeutic art groups, creative workshops, or art-as-therapy memberships. These experiences focus on creative exploration, reflection, and wellness, and are not a substitute for psychotherapy.

1-1 Clinical Services
I currently provide individual art therapy and counselling sessions to adults (18+) who reside in:

• British Columbia

• Alberta

• Saskatchewan

• Manitoba

• Newfoundland and Labrador

• Prince Edward Island

• Yukon

• Northwest Territories

• Nunavut

Regulated Provinces
Due to provincial regulations around psychotherapy and counselling, I do not provide 1-1 clinical services to residents of:

• Quebec (regulated by OPQ)

• Ontario (regulated by CRPO)

• Nova Scotia (regulated by NSCCT)

• New Brunswick (regulated by CCTNB)

If you live in one of these provinces and are seeking 1-1 clinical art therapy, I recommend connecting with a licensed provider through your provincial regulatory college.

If you live in the United States, you’re welcome to join any of my non-clinical offerings such as The Studio, The Make Space, workshops, and digital resources. These experiences are designed for creative self-reflection, stress relief, and personal discovery. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy and do not establish a therapist–client relationship.

At this time, I do not provide 1-1 clinical art therapy to U.S. residents, since art therapy licensing is regulated differently in each state. If you are seeking individual therapy, I encourage you to connect with a licensed art therapist in your area through the American Art Therapy Association directory.
