(and why it works)
A few years ago, I was struggling — grieving the loss of my dad, extremely underpaid, and uncertain about my path as a new art therapist.
So I turned toward my own art therapy tools and created a process for myself.
A gentle way to reflect, release what no longer supported me,
and step into the year with compassion and alignment...
all through creativity and writing!
Through the art, I slowed down, reconnected with myself,
and began choosing what felt nourishing and true —
instead of forcing myself into expectations of who I thought I should become.
Following that process year after year has changed my entire life.
(and it's a main reason why we are connected here today)
That process became Softly.
